Pre-insulation of pipes
Up to several kilometres in length
The solution is off-site pre-insulation of pipes. We offer pre-insulation on a project or contract manufacturing basis, and with your own private label if desired. We can insulate your coiled pipes and deliver them ready-to-use to your project. Alternatively, we can supply insulation sleeves on rolls of up to several kilometres, so you can insulate your pipes as part of your own production process.

Insulation requirements vary by market, application and/or manufacturer. To meet your specific challenges, you need a knowledgeable and experienced partner. Our research and development engineers can advise you about the most appropriate solutions. If no such solution is available, we can explore alternatives and/or develop one.
Our productlines for Pre-insulation of pipes
Thermaflex insulation for piping systems is made from extruded polyolefin foam with or without an embossed external protective polyethylene surface. We offer (pre-)insulation services for a wide range of pipes, including plastic pipes (e.g. PEX, PB, PP) and metal pipes (e.g. aluminium or copper). Thermaflex insulated pipes deliver excellent thermal performance, as well as protection against moisture, humidity, frost and mechanical stress.
