Duration: half day
Goal: learn about socket fusion for Flexalen parts (temperatures, pressure and cooling down)
Target audience: installers of heating and cooling networks
FOR DHC PROJECTS
Flexalen piping system installation
We offer training for infra contractors, installers and energy companies at our training facilities or any other suitable location. Participants who pass the test will receive a certificate of participation. We recommend a refresher course every two years.
Duration: 1 day
Goal: learn to install Flexalen® 600 and Flexalen® PU for heating and/or cooling networks, including welding (electro fusion) and post-insulation of joints
Target audience: all those involved in the installation of heating and cooling networks
Flexalen butt fusion technique
Duration: half day
Goal: learn about butt fusion for Flexalen parts (temperatures, pressure and cooling down)
Target audience: installers of heating and cooling networks
FOR MARINE INSULATION PROJECTS
We offer training courses for installers of insulation for heating, cooling, refrigeration, air conditioning systems, and customized insulation projects. These take place in our training facilities or on project sites.

Goal: learn to properly insulate a simple (dummy) system with sheet and tubes, including tees and bends
Target audience: installers and insulators in the marine sector without experience with thermoplastic tube and sheet insulation
ThermaSmart Marine Expert
Duration: 1 day + evaluation/inspection at project location
Goal: learn to properly insulate complete cooling systems in ships
Target audience: installers and insulators in the marine sector who have passed the Professional training or who have experience with insulating with other materials (e.g. rubber)
