The case study details the 2022-2023 project where District Heating Horsens in Denmark harnessed excess heat from Bigadan's biomass plant. By employing Flexalen pre-insulated plastic pipes, the project aimed to minimize maintenance, improve energy efficiency, and contribute to Denmark's environmental goals. The initiative serves as a model for sustainable resource utilization, reducing carbon emissions and energy waste.
