Thermaflex Enables High-Performance Cryogenic Freezers (ES)

In September 2023, Single Use Support, an Austrian biopharmaceutical company, was tasked with creating a custom cryogenic freezer for an international client. The freezer needed to maintain temperatures between -80°C and +40°C, crucial for biomolecular processes. After testing various materials, ThermaSmart® PRO was chosen for its superior insulation capabilities, ensuring no condensation and stable performance during freeze-thaw cycles. The project involved a tailored insulation solution, including training and support from Thermaflex, and was completed successfully, demonstrating significant energy savings and sustainability.
