Flexalen PU is a fully flexible, pre-insulated plastic pipe system designed for local networks such as residences, schools, and hospitals. It is manufactured in compliance with European standards EN15632-1, 2, and holds certifications from CSTB and KIWA. The system features PB service pipes that meet EN-ISO 15876 standards and are insulated with CFC-free PUR foam. It operates within a service temperature range of -10°C to +95°C and supports a maximum operating pressure of 8 bar for diameters less than 125 OD. Flexalen PU is available in single and double lines, offering efficient thermal insulation and pressure loss management.
