Ready for the Asparagus Season (EN)

The Beelitz asparagus farm in Kloster Lehnin, Germany, undertook a project to convert former National People’s Army barracks into comfortable accommodations for approximately 2,000 seasonal workers involved in the asparagus harvest. Since 2010, over four construction phases, the project has utilized Thermaflex's pre-insulated Flexalen pipe system for its sustainable and efficient heating solutions. By April 2012, all facilities were ready for occupancy, providing reliable heat to over 30 houses, thus supporting the farm's operations in Germany's third-largest asparagus region.
