PU Coil Laying Aid Instruction Leaflet (EN)

Instruction leaflet for the PU coil laying aid used to straighten and stabilize the ends of pipe from coil before electrofusion welding. Lists required tools and application conditions (+5 to +40°C; no rainy or windy weather ≥3 bfr; pipe clean and undamaged). Provides marking dimensions (L1 1000mm ±100mm, L2 500mm ±100mm for 91/25 to 225/125) and steps to pre-heat the casing (max 60°C), fit and tension the tool, cool under tension, then remove and start pipe end preparation.
