Innovating Insulation for Poland’s Longest Tunnel (EN)

Thermaflex partnered with PORR Group to deliver advanced insulation solutions for the TS-26 Project, Poland's longest tunnel. The project involved insulating 6000 meters of cast iron pipes and 4200 square meters of ThermaSmart PRO sheet to prevent frost damage. The innovative use of polyethylene and polyurethane materials allowed for a thicker insulation layer, crucial for the project's success. Thermaflex's timely delivery and on-site support ensured smooth installation, setting a new standard for infrastructure projects in challenging environments. The project is expected to complete by the first half of 2024.
