Attestation of FDES verification (EN)

This document is a verification attestation for the Environmental and Sanitary Declaration Sheet (FDES) of the Flexalen 600 and Flexalen 600 HP flexible pre-insulated conduit systems, used for domestic water and heating/cooling networks. Verified by Marcel Gómez Ferrer, an independent third-party verifier under the INIES program, the document confirms compliance with the NF EN 15804+A2 standards. The verification was conducted in January 2025, and the attestation is valid until December 31, 2030. Thermaflex Isolatie B.V. disseminated the document from Waalwijk, Netherlands.
