ProFoam delivers reliable, elastic protection for corners and edges of diverse product shapes and sizes. The self-clamping design ensures secure fit without tools or adhesives, simply press onto edges and the foam locks in place. The fine closed-cell polyethylene structure resists compression, maintains shape through handling, and protects against surface scratches, dents, and impact damage during transport, warehousing, and delivery.
ProFoam profiles are insoluble in water and resistant to most organic solvents, making them compatible with standard packaging environments and storage conditions. Neutral odour and blue or yellow colour options enable aesthetic integration with packaging designs. Beyond traditional packaging, ProFoam is also used for safety protection in sports facilities, gymnasiums, and public spaces—covering steel structures, columns, and ropes to prevent player injuries and ensure occupant safety. Profiles can be used as exclusive packaging material or combined with cardboard and foil for customized protection solutions. All profiles are fully recyclable and available in multiple sizes for diverse applications.
