TQ-Air is a pre-insulated ventilation ducting system combining thermal and acoustic insulation in one prefabricated solution. Engineered specifically for heat recovery ventilation (HRV) and HVAC systems, it prevents condensation on supply and return ducts, saves energy, and ensures healthy indoor air quality. Vapour-tight polyolefin foam insulation with mechanically strong PE outer casing. Available in 160/125mm, 200/170mm, and 250/200mm. Service temperature: –40°C to +95°C. Cradle to Cradle Silver certified.

Balanced ventilation ensures healthy air quality and comfort in homes and buildings. Warm indoor air is regularly refreshed and mixed with colder air from outside, while heat recovery units use exhaust air heat to warm incoming fresh air before distribution. A common problem with HRV systems is condensation on supply and return ducts. TQ-Air® solves this with vapour-tight, water-repellent polyolefin foam insulation that prevents moisture buildup, corrosion, moss, and mould formation.
TQ-Air integrates thermal and acoustic insulation in one prefabricated system, reducing heat losses and minimizing noise transmission from units and airflow. The mechanically strong, impact-resistant PE outer casing protects ducts during installation and operation. Components are easy to install, simple to shorten on-site, and connect with flexible EPDM rubber fittings that ensure uppermost airtightness class. Reducing connections enable easy linking to HRV units and roof or wall terminals.
