Protectube is a universal, pre‑insulated protective duct made of closed‑cell polyolefin foam with a robust corrugated HDPE casing. It offers thermal and sound insulation plus mechanical protection for a wide variety of pipes, tubes, and cables, above and below ground, indoors and outdoors. Lightweight, extremely flexible, UV‑resistant, and fully recyclable with Cradle to Cradle Certified™ Silver materials. Service temperature range: –15 °C to +90 °C.

Protectube combines an extruded polyolefin foam insulation layer with a bonded corrugated HDPE casing pipe, creating a flexible, dimensionally stable duct that protects against moisture, frost, impact, and vibration. Thanks to its low weight and small bending radius, Protectube can be installed quickly under river crossings, railways, and buildings, as well as along façades and inside technical rooms, without heavy machinery or complex civil works.
The system is suitable for hot and cold water lines, other liquids, and sensitive electrical or communication cables in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. It can be used as an empty insulated conduit for future pipes, as a protective duct for existing services, or as a combined solution for heat pump feed lines and split air‑conditioning connections. A full range of waterproof end caps, jointing technology, and accessories ensures continuous protection and easy termination.
