Custom build
Flexalen Prefabricated products are custom made by our DVS-certified professionals in a protected environment in our own factories. From welds to insulation and transition fittings, the quality of every part is checked before it is delivered to the project site. This saves the contractor/installer a lot of work on site, as fewer and only the simplest welded joints need be made there. This results in time and cost savings and guaranteed quality.
The service pipes and connection elements are made of polybutene and are homogeneously welded. The foam insulation is based on polyurethane and the outer jacket on polyethylene.
The available prefabricated Flexalen network elements:
- Bends and Elbows
In most cases, no fitting is needed for changing direction because the pipes are sufficiently flexible. Prefabricated bends (45° or 90°) are available on request for house entries or where bends are necessary. - Customised components
- T-pieces
single or double, raised or straight - Y-pieces
single and double lines, in combination with tees to go from single to double lines

The prefabricated house connections are fully compatible with our Flexalen pre-insulated pipes for both new-build projects and renovation.
