In district heating, cooling, and drinking water networks, joints, branches, and connections are the most critical components. Flexalen prefabricated components take this complexity off your hands. Every weld, insulation layer, and transition fitting is completed, tested, and inspected in a protected factory environment by certified professionals before delivery to site. The service pipes and connection elements are made of homogeneously welded polybutene (PB-1), the foam insulation is polyurethane (PUR) based, and the outer jacket is durable polyethylene, meeting EN 15632 and BRL KOMO 5609-2 standards.
Flexalen prefabrications are fully compatible with Flexalen 600, Flexalen PU piping systems, and all other Flexalen network variants, enabling seamless system integration across large and mixed networks. Factory prefabrication can reduce on-site connections to approximately 30% of traditional designs, shortening installation times, reducing labour costs, minimising project disruption, and guaranteeing consistent quality on every connection.
