Flexalen® Multiline combines 3 to 4 service pipes in a single insulated channel, ideal for heating, hot water supply, and recirculation in one pre-insulated system. Saves space, reduces wall penetrations, and speeds up installation for building-to-building connections, heat pump links, and small stand-alone networks. Fully compatible with Flexalen 600. Max. 95°C/8 bar.

Flexalen® Multiline routes heating flow/return, domestic hot water, and optional recirculation lines together in one flexible, robust jacket pipe, eliminating separate trenches and multiple wall penetrations. The closed-cell polyolefin foam insulation and corrugated PE casing provide high moisture resistance and mechanical protection, while PB-1 service pipes ensure homogeneous weldability and long-term reliability.
Individual service pipes can be easily replaced or added without disturbing other lines, offering flexibility for future system upgrades. Flexalen Multiline is fully compatible with Flexalen 600, enabling seamless integration into larger network designs. Thermaflex supports projects with network design and calculation support, training, and on-site assistance. Tailor-made configurations available on request.
