Flexalen® 600 is a flexible, all-in-one pre-insulated pipe system for underground district heating, cooling, domestic water, and geothermal networks. With lightweight PB-1 service pipes, premium polyolefin foam insulation, and robust HDPE casing, it delivers reliable thermal performance, high pressure and temperature resistance, and rapid installation with fewer fittings.

Flexalen® 600 offers one piping system for heating networks, cooling networks, and potable water, available as single or twin pipes, with and without EVOH layer, in coils or straight lengths with optional frost-protection cables (coils only).
The PB-1 service pipes, made of closed-cell polyolefin foam, and impact-resistant HDPE casing provide high pressure and temperature ratings, superior moisture resistance, and minimal heat loss throughout the system lifetime.
Homogeneously welded PB-1 joints create leak-tight connections that ensure system efficiency and reduce installation risk. Flexalen® 600 meets EN 15632-1/3, holds KIWA certification, and is C2C Certified® Full Scope, making it the most sustainable choice for district heating and cooling projects.
