At the Thermaflex stand in the Netherlands Pavilion, four days of conversations centred on making marine systems more efficient and easier to maintain over their full lifetime. Live demonstrations at the stand showcased the ThermaSmart Marine 4.0 installation process and its glueless joining technique.
SMM2026 brought the entire maritime ecosystem together, 50,000 trade visitors and 2,300 exhibitors from 66 countries. Visitors at Thermaflex stand brought a broad mix of project needs. From newbuild programmes to retrofits and installation trainings, main topics are about condensation control, corrosion prevention, and energy-efficient cooling, refrigeration, air-conditioning and ventilation onboard.
Thermaflex welcomed and had meaningful meetings with valued customers and new contacts. Those discussions gave a clear view of the challenges shipowners and builders face today. They were also a valuable opportunity to demonstrate that Thermaflex marine insulation is the right solution to these challenges.
