On March 26th, we welcomed a group of enthusiastic students and dedicated teachers from Technical Secondary School Number 3 in Łódź for an immersive experience at our factory in Żarów, Poland. This visit was part of our ongoing collaboration to share knowledge, enhance practical skills, and inspire future specialists in thermal insulation.

Warm Welcome and Introduction
The visit started with a friendly welcome and a company presentation by Janusz, our operation manager . The students learnt about Thermaflex’s history, mission, and our dedication to sustainable solutions. This session provided valuable insights into how our innovations contribute to an energy-efficient future in HVAC systems.
Prioritising Safety
Safety is always our top priority. Leszek, our production manager, led an essential safety briefing, ensuring all visitors understood our protocols. Equipped with this knowledge, the students were ready to explore the world of insulation production.
Factory Tour and Hands-On Experience
To maximise the experience, the students were divided into two groups. One group toured the factory, observing the different stages of insulation production. Meanwhile, the other group participated in an interactive workshop led by Ryszard, our sales representative.
During the workshop, Ryszard explained the practical applications of our insulation products. The students then took part in a creative competition, using welding tools to craft unique shapes from insulation pipes. This hands-on activity enhanced their practical skills while fostering innovation and teamwork.
Celebrating Achievements
After the activities, it was time to celebrate the students’ efforts. The students presented their work, and a short awards ceremony followed. Ryszard proudly presented certificates of participation, recognising each student’s dedication and creativity. As a token of appreciation, all participants received Thermaflex-branded gifts.
The day concluded with a well-deserved pizza lunch. Conversations flowed, experiences were shared, and connections were strengthened. The visit was not only educational but also an opportunity to build lasting memories.
