Flexalen 600 double line pre-insulate pipes have been developed as the most energy-efficient solution for smaller scale thermal water transport. This range is highly suitable for compact networks with low to medium energy demand.

Flexalen 600 supply and return

Combining supply and return in the same insulating jacket, the Flexalen 600 double line system is the most economical pre-insulated pipe solution. It lowers the need for materials, while minimizing installation time and costs.

Pre-insulated double lines for compact networks

The  Cradle to Cradle™ Certified Flexalen 600 double lines are uniquely designed to secure an efficient supply for both heating and cooling applications. It combines two polybutene carrier pipes within high-standard polyethylene insulation to ensure an optimal level of energy efficiency. This makes it an ideal solution for small and mid-scale distribution networks, such as group heating.

Assortment

Flexalen 600 double pipes are available in various dimensions, from OD 25 to 63 mm, with or without oxygen barrier on the polybutene medium pipe. All Flexalen pre-insulated pipes are delivered in coils of up to 300m (depending on the diameter), and can be perfectly combined with all other Flexalen components. Custom lengths are available upon request.


We also offer services to optimize network design and dimensioning, calculation, training, and technical assistance on site.
