As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production lines. You will prepare the machines, set parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed, and start up production. You will ensure everything runs according to schedule and take action in case of malfunctions or deviations.

Additionally, you will perform quality checks, record production data, and maintain a clean and safe workplace. You will work in shifts with your colleagues, supporting each other to ensure smooth and efficient production. New employees receive internal training, so you will learn all the knowledge and skills required to operate and maintain the machines independently.

• A technical education (e.g., MBO level 2/3 in engineering, mechanical engineering, or process technology)
• Experience in a production environment, warehouse, or machine operation

• Willingness and physical ability to work in 3 shifts
• Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations in a production environment
