Logistics Manager
We are looking for a person responsible for comprehensive management of the logistics and customer service area. The position is managerial in nature and includes coordination of operational processes as well as achievement of Thermaflex business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- organization and supervision of planning processes (production, purchasing, shipments)
- ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders
- organization of warehouse operations
- management of logistics staff
- inventory management in line with Thermaflex operational goals
- monitoring the effectiveness of logistics processes
- participation in budget planning and control of logistics-related costs
- maintaining excellent relationships with customers and suppliers
- continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- higher education
- minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the logistics area
- ability to analyze data and make operational decisions
- fluent English – advanced level
- knowledge of ERP systems
- very good command of MS Excel
- category B driving license
- good work organization, independence, and responsibility
- proactive attitude
