Quality is central to Thermaflex. As a Logistics Employee in the cutting department,
you will be an important link in our production process and will ensure that pre-insulated
pipes are cut to size accurately. You will mainly work with machines and ensure that the finished products are ready for dispatch on time and correctly. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to a smooth, safe and efficient production process. Where necessary, you will also support other logistics departments, such as packing or dispatch.

Your duties:
- Cutting pre-insulated pipes to size according to orders;
- Operating and checking cutting machines;
- Checking dimensions and product quality;
- Delivering products to the dispatch department;
- Ensuring a safe and tidy workplace;
- Supporting other logistics activities;
- Working in 2 shifts and, depending on the season, in 3 shifts.
Who are you?
You are practical, work accurately and are physically fit. You have technical insight, are a good team player and are flexible. You take responsibility for your work and understand the importance of quality and safety.
What do we require from you?
- Technical insight and experience with machines;
- Experience in logistics or production is an advantage;
- Willingness to work shifts;
- Reliable and motivated work attitude;
- Team player with a hands-on mentality.
What do we offer you?
- Salary between €2,550 and €2,850 gross per month;
- 12.5% shift allowance for 2 shifts and 25% for 3 shifts;
- 8% holiday pay;
- Profit sharing in the event of positive operating results;
- Travel allowance of £0.23 per kilometre (outside Waalwijk);

You will be working within an international organisation that is represented in 10 countries. In Waalwijk, the team consists of more than 60 employees spread across the office, production and logistics.
