In Tomasz’s view, Flexalen® stands out because it’s treated as a complete system rather than a set of disconnected parts.
“Flexalen is technically unique because it’s a complete system offering all necessary components for turnkey solutions,” he says. “Equally important is our customer-focused approach – every project is treated individually, and we can manufacture tailor-made components to match specific needs.”
He also recognised local trends, for example in Poland Flexalen® is most commonly used for district heating networks and domestic hot water supply, especially Flexalen® 600 systems.
Tomasz also points to two clear directions of recent trends:
- more small-scale district heating networks fed from local boiler plants
- a rise in low-temperature heat sources – supporting broader use of plastic pre-insulated pipes instead of steel
“Finding a technically optimal solution that is easy to implement and reliable for years to come” is one of many unique skills that Technical Support has to offer. The long-term vision is important but so are:
- proficiency with network design and optimisation software
- ability to use graphic/CAD programs for technical drawings
- strong general technical knowledge
- willingness to learn and be up-to-date with the changes in the product specifications, law and industry
- communication and teamwork to coordinate with sales and production
How to balance them?
“With professionals I keep technical accuracy – using precise data, calculations and industry terms,” Tomasz says. “For end customers I translate technical points into simple, practical advice: I avoid jargon, use clear analogies, provide visuals or drawings, and confirm understanding by asking questions.”
Pre‑insulated pipe projects often get stuck on details like routing, existing networks and local standards. Our Technical Support team helps you solve these issues early, so you avoid mismatches, delays and rework.
