How did you start your career at Thermaflex?

Ton: ” What I love most is being able to share my knowledge in different markets, interacting with people from all over the world. This constant exchange keeps me motivated and engaged.”

Ton: ” One of our biggest partnerships is with Tobi. The best part is that I already knew them before joining Thermaflex, and now, through my work here, I have the chance to work closely with them. Together, we offer a training program for installers and insulators, helping to develop the next generation of insulation professionals.”
What inspires and motivates you?
Ton: ” My biggest inspiration comes from sharing my experience internationally. I get a lot of satisfaction from providing training and seeing people progress enthusiastically, which is incredibly rewarding for me.”
What are the key achievements you've accomplished since joining Thermaflex?
Ton: ” Through Thermaflex, I’ve had the chance to work on global projects, especially in the commercial cruise industry. To ensure the highest quality of installed insulation, we developed a specialized training and certification program. This effort is led by our international team of three trainers, who travel with great enthusiasm to implement these programs and maintain our high standards.”
